Justin McLawhorn serves as the Vice-President for Academic Affairs to engage and empower pre-professional students in their journey to success. Though not directly involved with the healthcare profession, Justin understands the ubiquitous challenges to college students as they prepare for their future endeaveors.

He currently serves as the Artistic Director for Hampton Roads Summer Theatre, and is the Director for Artistic Development for Havering Moose. He is also the President of the Phi Theta chapter of Alpha Psi Omega, the National Theatre Honor Society, and a teaching assistant in the theatre department for acting students. He has directed numerous Shakspearean productions and has led numerous play development workshops.

He also serves as the Director of Administrative Affairs for the ODU Student Government Association, leading initiatives such as an overall refinement of the undergraduate advising program, increasing the usage of Affordable Course Content across the campus, and expanding access to free testing material.
